Aryna Sabalenka

Sabalenka is a Belarussian born in Minsk. Sergey Sabalenka (d. 2019) is her father, a hockey player. Aryna Sabalenka was birthed in Minsk on May 5, 1998. She has won 12 WTA titles throughout her career, which includes that of the Grand Slam of 2023 Australian Open. Doubles is an additional area in which she excels. In the US Open 2019, and Australian Open 2021, US Open 2019, and Australian Open 2021 were both won with Elise Mertens. She also achieved an incredible Sunshine Double in 2019, by winning in the WTA 1000 at Indian Wells, Miami and the Australian Open alongside Elise Mertens. Four couples only managed to accomplish this feat on women's doubles. It was only four couples that achieved this feat during women's doubles. However, in doubles she rose to the top spot due to her triumph at Melbourne that following year. Dmitry Tursunov (a former Russian tennis player) was her coach for a portion of the 2019 season and from 2018 to the close of the season. Dieter Kindlmann coached her briefly from August 2020 to September. Antonio Dubrov is her coach as of the start of 2020. Serena Williams is her role for a role model, closely being followed by Maria Sharapova.
